Achieving Self Sufficiency through intergrated services
Our A.S.S.I.S.T. program is a comprehensive program that will coach members through their need to self-sufficiency while evaluating progress every 90 days. If a member has reached their full potential and utilized all aspects of the “A.S.S.I.S.T.” program they will then be graduated after completing an evaluation. If basic needs continue to be a struggle, the member will be placed on our “Emergency food” program to receive food and other necessities 4xs per year. During the first 90 days the client is provided assistance with Food Stamps, Cash Assistance, Medicaid, Affordable Health Care and other needed social services. Our trained volunteers help to determine client need and explore best practices to create solutions to return to self-sufficiency. Through the duration of the A.S.S.I.S.T program clients may recieve basic necessities as needed.
